Tomato and Pea Pasta 

What you will need

  • 1/4 packet of dehydrated peas
  • 1 tin diced tomatoes 
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • Garlic 
  • Parmesan cheese 

In a saucepan boil the peas with a little water and salt until peas become soft. Add the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, bay leaf, parsley and basil. 

Summer until sauce reduces – approx 30 minutes. 

Add to cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmasen cheese to serve.
